VascuLyse 2G RF is a non-invasive technology that treats undesirable skin irregularities such as Skin Tags (acrochordon).

The VascuLyse treatment is a simple and effective way to remove skin irregularities permanently. Once the area has been treated, the skin irregularity will not return to the affected area. The treatment is non-invasive without ever piercing the skin. VascuLyse removes embarrassing skin irregularities, often with just one treatment, but can take up to 3 treatments for some irregularities.

The treatment is quick and effective, with treatment sessions lasting between 5 and 15 minutes. Vasculyse 2G Thermo-coagulation treatment is:

Yes. Once a skin growth has been treated with it does not return. However, if your skin is prone to these types of growths, new ones may appear elsewhere on your face and body.

It is generally more effective than liquid nitrogen in removing common skin growths and requires less treatments.

The VascuLyse 2G RF produces a vibration that is perfectly targeted to remove the skin irregularity. The vibration of water molecules in the tissues attracts and repels charged particles in the tissues creating thermo-coagulation (clotting blood in the capillaries) making it simple to remove lesions effortlessly. Blemishes instantly disappear as the capillary vessels generate heat. You may see a small, temporary scab after treatment that encourages regeneration to the treated area. Thermo-coagulation treatment works best on hydrated skin, so drink plenty of water before treatment.

CONDITIONS TREATED

PRE-CARE

  • Discontinue accutane 6 months prior to appointment.
  • Discontinue photosensitizing agents for 48 hours prior to appointment.
  • Avoid unprotected sun exposure for 2 weeks prior to appointment.

POST-CARE

  • Do not wash treatment sight until the next day: Softening of the brand new scab with water may cause it to come off prematurely; the end result is the skin will take longer to heal.
  • Do not scratch the treated area: during the healing process, the area may become itchy (pat the skin gently a few times with the back of your hand to aid in itchiness if necessary). This helps to avoid the irritation that may cause delays in the healing process.
  • Do not apply any product on the treatment sight: Products that are not instructed to apply on are most likely to cause irritation of the skin. The only two things that can be put on the skin are sunblock or 100% mineral power makeup, make sure no rubbing and use clean and soft brush to apply the mineral powder.
  • Do not use sauna room, steam room, swimming and jacuzzi long shower or activities that cause excess sweat until the scab falls off: extra wetness of the treatment sight may cause the scab to fall off prematurely, this will result in the scab to form again, and it causes delay in the healing process.
  • Do not use any acid product until two months after the treatment:  There should be no exfoliation on brand new skin; it may cause major irritation or acid burns to the new cells.
  • Do not use microdermabrasion or any other exfoliants for at least a month.
