You can expect to see visible texture improvement immediately after the 1st treatment. The OxyGeneo™ effect is cumulative, so more treatments will bring better results. The results vary per person and depend on a variety of factors such as hormones, stress, age, etc.
An OxyGeneo™ treatment feels like a warm massage for the face. The exfoliation is described as very refreshing and comfortable and, because there is no harsh vacuum procedure, the treatment is soothing and relaxing. More sensitive skin type clients may have a gentle tingling sensation during the first couple of minutes.
The basic OxyGeneo™ treatment takes about 45 minutes. The OxyGeneo™ treatment can be done as a ‘stand-alone’ facial or in combination with other modalities, which will extend the duration of the overall treatment.
No, the OxyGeneo™ has zero downtime, however slight redness may be observed that should subside in a few hours.
Absolutely! The OxyGeneo™ treatment has no downtime and the skin looks and feels great right after, so the OxyGeneo™ is an ideal “Red Carpet” treatment. If you have an upcoming event, schedule your OxyGeneo™ treatment on the same day or a day before and everyone will be sure to notice how radiant your skin looks during the event. We do however recommend that if this is your first time recieveing the treatment, schedule your OxyGeneo appointment a week prior to your event.

- Discontinue the use of retinols and hydroquinone for 48 hours prior to your treatment
- Avoid exfoliation for 48 hours prior to your treatment
- Avoid waxing for 48 hours prior to your appointment
- Avoid Medium/Deep chemical peels and laser treatments for 2 weeks prior to your treatment.
- Individuals prone to cold sores, are susceptible to breakouts after the OxyGeneo treatment; prophylactic treatments should be discussed with your physician.
- Avoid unprotected sun exposure/ tanning for a minimum of 48 hours prior to your treatment.
- Wait a minimum of 5 days after BOTOX and a minimum of 2 weeks after dermal fillers to receive the OxyGeneo treatment.
- Avoid shaving the face on the day of the treatment.

- Avoid unprotected sun exposure/ tanning for a minimum of 48 hours after your treatment.
- Avoid hot showers, saunas and strenuous exercise for a 24 hours post treatment.
- Makeup can be applied post-treatment, however for optimal results we recommend avoiding makeup for 24 hours.
- Avoid sunbathing for at least 48hrs, (although, we recommend this indefinitely) to prevent UV rays from damaging your skin which slows down the benefits of OxyGeneo. Patients who absolutely cannot avoid sun exposure should use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to maintain your improved skin.
