Many things can darken teeth; aging, coffee, tea, cola, tobacco, spices, nerve damage, old fillings and trauma are most of the common causes. Antibiotics like tetracycline and minocycline also cause teeth to discolour.

- We recommend in the first 24 hours not to eat or drink anything that may stain your teeth, such as coffee, tea, red wine, cola, beets, berries, candy, curries, tomato sauces, etc.
