Any adult man or woman who is looking to reduce circumference and diminish body fat is a candidate for truSculpt 3D.

Results can be seen in 6 – 12 weeks.

The client rests comfortably as the hand piece glides along the surface of the body. truSculpt 3D reaches the optimal therapeutic temperature within 2 minutes. Over the course of a one-hour session, up to four areas can be treated. While the treated zone may turn slightly red, the treatment has minimal discomfort with no visible downtime. Although the client may feel slight tenderness after the treatment, the heat sensation can be compared to that of a hot stone treatment.

Most clients are seeing optimal results with one treatment. We recommend waiting 12 weeks to see the final results of the first treatment before providing a second treatment. If another treatment is desired in another area, that can be done the same day.

Although CoolSculpting is the more well known of the two treatments because it is more commonly advertised, TruSculpt treatments are more effective than CoolSculpting. TruSculpt differs from CoolSculpting in two ways. One is that it features a different frequency, which penetrates more deeply and heats fat more effectively than skin, so skin stays at a lower temperature. The other is the device’s internal temperature monitoring, which keeps the temperature uniform and automatically reduces the temperature if the skin gets too hot. Despite being more effective than CoolSculpting, TruSculpt treatments are less costly.

No. This is a noninvasive procedure and you’ll be able to resume your normal activities right after the treatment. You may feel some tenderness in the treatment area right after the treatment but that will go away within a day or two.

  • Excess hair may need to be shaved.
  • Be well hydrated prior to treatment
  • Body piercings may need to be removed if under or near the treatment area.
  • Notify clinic of any changes to your health history or medications since your last appointment.

POST-CARE

  • Redness and swelling may occur and typically resolve within a few days.
  • Palpable nodules that are tender to touch or lumps in the treatment area may develop in the treated area up to 72 hours following treatment, and typically resolve over several weeks.
    • Subjects from CUTERA clinical study were advised to gently massage the nodules for 2-5 minutes twice daily
